FOR RETURNS TO BE APPROVED
- The item/s cannot be returned if it has been used. All original packaging, labels, tags, hygiene stickers must be intact and returned in its original state.
- Make sure that swimwears are tried on over your own underwear. We may refuse return of item/s where it is obvious that this indication have not been followed, or hygiene stickers have been removed. If the item/s original condition/s are changed, Avalyn & Lulu is entitled to deduct a sum corresponding to the value of the item from the refund amount.
- Any duties and taxes paid are non-refundable for returns from outside Europe.
- We're unable to process exchanges at the moment due to the limited stocking.
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please return the original item/s and place a new order.
- If you think an item may sell out, we recommend you re-purchase the item before returning your order.
- Fill out a return form
- Repack item with the return form
- Attach the pre-paid shipping label (Europe)
- Mark package with "return goods"
- Submit to post office

- In case of faulty item/s, please contact our customer service immediately. Avalyn & Lulu are responsible for the return shipping costs for approved claims and for wrong packed item/s.
- Once we have received and registered your returned item/s, we will refund you. It usually takes about 15 days before you receive a refund.
- A confirmation of your return and refund will be sent by email. If you do not receive a confirmation within two weeks of sending your return to us, please contact our customer service and we will assist you.
- We will return the money to the same account you used to purchase.
- If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee of 150 SEK (~€15).
You can choose to make your own return label when selecting another post office. As you are responsible for your return cost and package arriving to us, we recommend that you send your package traceable. Please note that Avalyn & Lulu are not responsible for any item that are lost during the return shipping.
Send us a tracking number for the return package, if you can. When your return has been processed by our warehouse you will be notified by email. Keep in mind that the process can take up to two weeks from the date you shipped the package back to us. Have you not heard anything within time period, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and state order ID, tracking ID for the return and items you have sent back.
