What is the return policy?

We accept return for items received within 30 days from your order ship date. Drop your return off at your local postal service, DHL or PostNord. Some items have a modified return policy noted on the product-page description. 

We are unable to offer refund on sales or sample item, unless faulty.

How long does it take to process a refund?

We will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. Once we receive your return, we will process it within 4–5 business days. It may take up to 7 days after we process the return to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

What is the return cost?

We offer free returns within Sweden (one per order). Returning from outside Sweden? You will have to pay for the return cost. Any duties/taxes paid are non-refundable for return from outside Europe.

Will you restock sold old items?

Our aim is to combine luxury with tailor-made designs and create each collection in a very small quantity. It's a way for us to avoid over-production and also gives us the opportunity to develop new styles as creators. This also means that we will not restock a style when sold out.

Will I be charged sales tax for online orders?

All purchases within the European Union is included 25% VAT. For orders outside European Union, customs duty may apply to your order if they're above a certain value. Please check with your local custom agencies for further details.
